1. Each participant must bring his/her college identity card, towards issuing of delegate cards.

2. A letter of approval from head of institute must be produced, carrying the names of all the members of the contingent and indicating the captain.

3. The team captain should register the names of the participants at the reception, upon arrival.

4. The Registration fee and Accommodation fee must be paid in cash at the reception.

5. A team may be denied participation in case of unruly behaviour by the members.

6. Organizers reserve the right to cancel any event or prize.

7. An official SPANDAN mess will operate for the duration of the festival.

8. Vulgarity is strictly prohibited.

9. Consumption of alcohol is strictly prohibited. Any student found in possession of or found consuming liquor on campus will be summarily disqualified from all events he/she is participating in and will be asked to vacate the campus immediately.
