Registration is necessary to participate in the events and to get accommodation

General Information
1. Each participant must bring his/her college identity card, towards issuing of delegate cards.
2. A letter of approval from head of institute must be produced, carrying the names of all the members of the contingent and indicating the captain.
3. The team captain should register the names of the participants at the reception, upon arrival.
4. The Registration fee and Accommodation fee must be paid in cash at the reception.
INSTRUCTIONs for Getting your DELEGATE cards
1. On arrival at JIPMER, visit the SPANDAN reception.
2. Pay the registration fee(Rs. 150/- per head) and accommodation fee(Rs. 100/- per head) at the finance desk in the reception and get the bill.
3. Provide the letter of approval from head of institute, the college id cards of all participants requiring delegate cards, and the bill for payment of registration fee.
4. Your delegate card will be made(Please wait for some time!). 5) Then Affix your passport size photograph. The Delegate card will be valid only if it has the photograph!
5. Your delegate card is ready
The team captain can register for delegate cards of all the participants. He should submit all the participants' college id cards and photographs.
